What is the warranty policy on BAUER sticks?
Most BAUER composite sticks come with a one-time replacement warranty against manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of purchase. Please retain your original receipt to initiate a claim.
How long does shipping take for custom equipment?
Customized gear, including MyBauer sticks and skates, typically takes 4-6 weeks for production and delivery. Standard in-stock items are usually processed within 1-2 business days.
Can I return protective gear if it doesn't fit?
Yes, we accept returns on unused protective gear in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, base layers and mouthguards cannot be returned once opened.
Do you offer international shipping?
